JAMMU, Aug 8: After the completion of two-month ‘Solar PV Installation Technician Training Course’, NITS Polytechnic, Miran Sahib here today organised a certificate distribution function.
The course was conducted by Sri Sri Rural Development Programme (SSRDP) Trust in association with Luminous India and Australian High Commission and a total of 20 candidates from rural areas of J&K successfully completed this training designed to equip them with practical skills in solar photovoltaic system installation and maintenance.
The training was conducted at the state-of-the-art Solar Lab at NITS Polytechnic.
Avinash Sharma, Sales Head of Luminous (J&K and Ladakh) was also present on this occasion and he emphasized that Luminous has a vision of promoting clean energy and building skilled manpower for India’s solar revolution.
The chief guest was Savinder Gupta, Chairman NITS Polytechnic and he emphasized the importance of combining technical skills with strong communication, adaptability and teamwork.
Anirudh Gupta, Program Coordinator also spoke on the occasion and expressed gratitude to all the stakeholders and the trainer Sudesh Sharma.
