KISHTWAR, July 25: MLA Kishtwar, Shagun Parihar visited Ashiana Orphanage, here, today and interacted with children there.
During her visit, she engaged in meaningful interactions with the orphanage’s Chairman, Sanjeev Parihar, and the resident children, discussing the institution’s operation and future prospects.
She was given warm welcome by Sanjeev Parihar, Chairman, Social Reforms & Charitable Organization (SRCO) other members and children.
Parihar gave her an overview of the orphanage’s mission and the various initiatives undertaken to ensure the well-being of the children. He highlighted the organization’s efforts in providing not just shelter, but also education, healthcare, and emotional support to its inmates.
MLA had a round of Ashiana Complex and after reviewing the function , she expressed deep appreciation for the dedication exhibited by Sanjeev Parihar and his team. She acknowledged the significant role the orphanage has played in nurturing vulnerable children and commended the comprehensive care provided. “The commitment shown by the orphanage is truly inspiring,” she remarked.
During the discussion, key aspects of the orphanage’s functioning were discussed including resource management, educational programs, and community outreach initiatives.
MLA expressed her commitment in addressing any challenges faced by the institution.
The children visibly were elated by the visit and they shared their aspirations with the MLA. Their enthusiasm and gratitude were palpable, reflecting the nurturing environment fostered by the orphanage.
