JAMMU, July 16: The Government today accorded additional charges to the two senior IFS officers and issued orders of transfers and postings of 12 DFO rank officers in the J&K Forest, Ecology and Environment department.

Dr M K Kumar, Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu has been given charge of the post of Regional Director, Social Forestry Jammu while Irfan Rasool Wani, CCF Kashmir, the additional charge of the post of Regional Director, Social Forestry, Kashmir, in addition to their duties, till further orders.
Meanwhile, Satyendra Maurya, DFO Baramulla Forest Division has been transferred and posted as DFO Udhampur. Shahbazul Rehman, DFO Mahore has been shifted and posted as DFO Doda Forest Division.
Bishan Dass, DCF, I/C General Manager P&P Jammu has been transferred and posted as DFO Ramban vice Ankit Sinha who shall report to the office of PCCF J&K for further posting.
Zahid Aslam Moughal, DCF, I/C Regional Director Social Forestry Kashmir, under orders of transfer as I/C Regional Director, Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing Jammu has been posted as DFO Baramulla. Owais Farooq Mir, DCF I/C Project Coordinator WUCMA , has been shifted and posted as DFO Kamraj.
Vijay Kumar Verma, DCF, DFO Kishtwar has been shifted and posted as DFO Mahore Forest Division; Mahesh Kumar , ACF I/C DFO Doda has been shifted and posted as DFO Kishtwar; Naveed Iqbal ACF DFO Poonch has been transferred and posted as DFO Rajouri; Mushtaq Hussain Choudhary, ACF I/C DFO Social Forestry Poonch has been placed as DFO Poonch Forest Division.
Mohd Ashraf Kattoo, ACF I/C DFO Kulgam has been shifted and posted as DFO Anantnag; Himanyu Kabir Qadri, ACF I/C DFO Agrostology Kashmir has been transferred and posted as DFO Lidder Forest Division while Qamar Rashid Khan, ACF, attached in Nowshera Forest Division, shall look, after the charge of Shopian Forest Division.
