JAMMU, July 10: In an effort towards commissioning of Pakal Dul H E Project (1000 MW), presently under construction by CVPPL (A Joint Venture of NHPC Limited and JKSPDC), 420 MT Rotor was today successfully lowered in Unit-1.
The Rotor was lowered in the presence of Rakesh, independent engineer/ ex-executive director, NHPC, Vishal Anand, GM (I/c) – Head of Project, Pakal Dul H E Project and senior officials of CVPPL & M/s Voith (Contractor for E&M Package).
Speaking on the occasion, Ramesh Mukhiya, Managing Director, CVPPL congratulated the team of Pakal Dul H E Project.
He appreciated the efforts of officials in achieving the said milestone and also advised all employees to make all out efforts towards Project completion within the timeline.
