Jammu, Jul 9: In an administrative move, Mohammad Usman Khan, a JKAS officer currently awaiting adjustment in the General Administration Department (GAD) of Jammu and Kashmir, has been transferred and deputed to the Union Territory of Ladakh. His deputation will be for two years or until recalled, with his lien and promotion rights retained by the J&K GAD.
