JAMMU, July 6: A review meeting of Trikuta Nagar Welfare Society (TNWS) was held here today under the Chairmanship of Rajinder P. Kakkar, TNWS president. While speaking in the meeting TNWS members discussed the problems faced by the residents of Trikuta Nagar.
They said that electricity bills given by the PDD authorities are different from the hard copy delivered as on visiting the app of PDD, the same bill amount show doubled figures.
The residents of Trikuta Nagar colony demanded correction in this billing system.
They further said that the monthly collection charges of garbage are not regularly charged from each household in Trikuta Nagar and the tenants are not paying these charges due to which the garbage is seen on the open roads.
Among other demands was checking and fining those people who are not paying the monthly garbage collection charges in Trikuta Nagar.
Those who were present in the meeting were Ashok Kumar Arora, Som Nath Kaul, Krishan Lal Gupta, Vijay Gupta, O.P Sharma, Kewal Sher and Upender Zadoo.
