JAMMU, July 2: A Bhandara was started here today by Akhil Bhartiya Dharam Prachar Sewa Samiti (ABDPSS) for Amarnath pilgrims at Railway Station, Jammu.
The Bhandara was inaugurated by Narinder Dass Maharaj of Panchramanandi Akhara in the presence of Sunil Sharma, ABDPSS national coordinator and it started with Ganesh Poojan.
This is the 7th Bhandara being organised by the Samiti and it will continue till the culmination of Amarnath Yatra.
Speaking on the occasion Sunil Sharma said that the pilgrims will be served hygienic, delicious, nutritious and pious food in Bhandara during all the Yatra days and there will be special arrangements for the pilgrims observing fast on Ekadashi and other important days.
Spokesman of the Samiti, Parshotam Sharma, informed that there is adequate arrangement for food for all the visiting pilgrims.
Those who attended the function were Vishal Sharma, Vikram Sharma, Ajay Kumar, Satpal Singh Rahore, Dayaram Sharma, Jagdish Dogra, Madan Mohan Gupta and others.
