JAMMU, June 21: Union Home Minister Amit Shah today said the Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan will never be restored.

“International treaties can’t be annulled unilaterally but we had the right to keep it in abeyance, which we have done,” Shah said in an interview to a national daily.
He said India will use water that rightfully belongs to the country.
“Pakistan will be starved of water that it has been getting unjustifiably,” Shah said.
