JAMMU, June 16: During an event in Samba, MLA Surjit Singh Slathia along with Chairman Samvedna Society, Keshav Chopra today released a new musical song ‘Gurha Slathia’.
The song was released under the banner of YouTube channel ‘Dev Rajput Music.’
Lyrics, music and vocals for the song ‘Gurha Slathia’ were contributed by Dev Rajput and the accompanying music video was directed by Rahul Dutta and Tarun Sharma—both renowned personalities of Jammu.
Raj Kumar served as Director of Photography while editing and production were handled by KD.
Song ‘Gurha Slathia’ is expected to resonate with local audiences, celebrating the spirit and culture of the area. Speaking on the occasion, Slathia said that the song is more than just a melody.
“It is an ode to our beloved place, its rich culture and the indomitable spirit of its people,” he maintained.
Keshav Chopra said, as Chairman of Samvedna Society, their mission is to uplift and empower communities in various ways promoting local art and culture is a crucial part of that.
