JAMMU, July 7: Two youths drowned while taking bath in river Tawi near Sidhra area, falling under the Sidhra police post today.
As per sources, 22-year-old Vishal Bhat, son of M K Bhan, resident of Lakhar Mandi and 24-year-Rajesh Bhardwaj son of Jainail Singh resident of Durga Nagar, Bantalab was taking bath along with his other friends under Tawi bridge near Sidhra, when they drowned.
On getting information, police team from Sidhra police post rushed to the spot.
Till late night, the body was not fished out when reports were compiled.
To ascertain any foul play, a case has been registered at Sidhra police post.
