JAMMU, May 29: Five vehicles, including three dumpers, were seized for illegal mining in Samba District today.
A police official said that the vehicles used for transporting construction material illegally were seized by a team of Police Post Rakh Amb Talli under the over all supervision of SSP Samba Virinder Manhas in the jurisdiction of Police Station Samba.
Post seizure, he said, the vehicles were handed over to the Geology and Mining Department Samba for further legal action.
