JAMMU, May 26: A hindi poem “Modi Ki Mann Ki Baat” written by party spokesperson Balbir Ram Rattan was released by Sat Sharma (CA), the state president of Jammu and Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), here today.
This poem is dedicated to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popular monthly radio programme “Mann Ki Baat.”
Through his poem, Balbir has highlighted the programme’s foresight, emotional connect and inspirational impact, which since 2014 has served as a strong bridge between the Prime Minister and the citizens of the country.
The poem particularly emphasizes stories of unsung heroes, the unique characteristics of different regions of the country, and national pride.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said, “Mann Ki Baat is not just a radio programme, it is a movement that reflects the Prime Minister’s deep connection with the people of the country. It not only raises public concerns but also celebrates achievements and inspires millions. Balbir’s poem has beautifully captured this sentiment in words and I congratulate him for it.”
Balbir Ram Rattan expressed his gratitude and said that the emotional and inspirational content of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ was the main source of inspiration for the poem.
He said, “It was important for me to present the essence of the Prime Minister’s messages in the form of poetry so that more and more people can connect with it.”
Among others who graced the event included former Minister and national executive member Priya Sethi, former Deputy Mayor Baldev Singh Billawaria and Jagdish Bhagat.
