JAMMU, May 24: The 25th foundation day of Durga Mandir, Subhash Nagar, Jammu was celebrated with immense enthusiasm and devotion, here today.
On this auspicious occasion, an Akhand Ramayan Path was organized under the guidance of Rajesh Chhibber, trustee VHP and director Jammu & Kashmir Bank.
The sacred recitation was conducted by vedic priests, Acharya Vimlesh, Vishwamani and others, for the peace and prosperity of all Jammu residents and for national harmony.
On this holy occasion Arvind Gupta MLA Jammu West, Manohar Lal Verma, Ravi Gupta, Ashu Gupta, along with large devotees, participated with great zeal.
The event concluded with the ceremonial distribution of bhandara and langar prasad.
