JAMMU, May 20: Government of Jammu and Kashmir today constituted a committee to approve and review projects under Public Private Partnership for Agriculture Value Chain Development (PPPAVCD) Programme in the Union Territory.
Headed by Administrative Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, the committee shall examine, review and approve project proposals received under the PPPAVCD framework.
After inviting applicants to present their proposals before the committee, it shall evaluate and assess these proposals and presentations in terms of their suitability, alignment with UT priorities, and conformity with the overall framework of the PPPAVCD.
Director Agriculture, Kashmir is Member Secretary of the committee while Director Agriculture, Jammu, Director Horticulture Jammu/Kashmir, Director Horticulture Planning & Marketing, J&K, Deputy Commissioners, Convenor, UT Level Bankers Committee and Director Research SKUAST, Jammu/Kashmir are the Members.
