JAMMU, May 20: For preparation of Draft Jan Vishvas Bill, Government of Jammu and Kashmir today constituted a committee, headed by Administrative Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department.
The committee shall suggest the legal change required to be carried out in the existing legal framework of the department(s) enabling deregulation and reduction in compliance burden in identified priority areas.
Administrative Secretary, ARI & Training Department; Administrative Secretary Planning Development & Monitoring Department, Administrative Secretary, Department of Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs; senior most Law Officers of various departments are Members of the committee.
