JAMMU, May 3: Under the guidance of general secretary, Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, New Delhi, Vinay Arya, a meeting was held at Arya Samaj, Bakshi Nagar Jammu which was attended by the presidents, general secretaries and Purohits of various Arya Samajs of J&K.
Those present in the meeting discussed the grand celebrations of 200th birth anniversary of Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati and 150th year of foundation of Arya Samaj.
Deliberations were held for the proposed celebrations tentatively scheduled for 3rd or 4th week of July in Jammu.
The celebrations will highlight the significant contributions and achievements of Arya Samaj over the last 150 years.
President of Arya Pratinidhi Sabha, J&K Narender Trehan along with the general secretary and other participants, shared their perspectives and emphasized the importance of collective efforts to ensure the success of the event and to widely disseminate the principles and message of Arya Samaj among the public.
The meeting concluded with vote of thanks and a strong message of unity and commitment with all the attendees pledging wholehearted support to make the upcoming event memorable.
