JAMMU, Apr 21: Residents of Anand Vihar, Talab Tillo, Ward No. 41 here today held a meeting under the banner of Anand Vihar Welfare Association.
All the residents in meeting discussed the issues like poor water supply, poor cleanness of drain in the area, sewerage problems, non-functional street lights, unscheduled power cut, theft cases and rash driving in the area.
They demanded repair of small drains, proper power and water supply in the area.
The Anand Vihar residents further demanded de-silting and cleaning of the drains with machines and repairing of the damaged street lights.
They also demanded that Police patrolling should be increased in the area to prevent theft and other crimes.
