RAJOURI, Apr 14: A lecture on translation from Arabic to Indian languages organized by Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) was held here today.
Professor Qutubuddin faculty member of the Arabic Department at JNU delivered a detailed talk on the importance principles regulations and methodology of translating from Arabic to Indian languages.
On this occasion, Dr Rafiq Anjum in his presidential address shed light on the subtleties of translation.
Dr Liaqat Nayyar and Dr Asif Malik Alimi participated as esteemed guests and expressed their views.
Dr Shams Kamal Anjum conducted the program.
Dr Manzar Alam delivered the vote of thanks.
