JAMMU, Apr 1: The Health and Medical Education Department has assigned additional charge of the post of Principal, Government Medical College Udhampur, to Prof (Dr) PK Kalsotra, Head, Department of ENT, Government Medical College Jammu, in addition to his own duties.
