SRINAGAR, June 13: Two persons were killed, two others injured in different accidents.
A police spokesman said a motorcycle JK04A-5337 hit and injured a pedestrian, Ghulam Mohammad Lotto son of Ali Mohammad of Narrapora Budgam near Narraspora in Budgam district.
The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries.
An En-Field motorcycle HR51AR5756 driven by V.K Arora of Haryana meet with an accident at Chokyal Drass in, resulting in the injuries to the rider. He was shifted to 308 Army Hospital Drass where he succumbed to his injuries.
A Sumo JK01Q-6316 driven by an unknown person hit and injured Liyaqat Awan son of Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din of Hariganwan near Snow Land Hotel Sonamarg in Ganderbal. The injured was shifted to PHC Sonamarg for treatment where from he was shifted to SKIMS Soura for further treatment.
Mukhtar Ahmad Cheechi son of Qasim Cheechi of Waltangoo Nad fell from the roof top of a Sumo JK02AG/4631 near Waltangoo Nad in Qazigund and was injured. He was shifted to Sub District Hospital Qazigund for treatment where from he was shifted to Bone & Joints Hospital Srinagar for further treatment.
The spokesman said police has registered cases in these accidents.
