SRINAGAR, Mar 13: Security forces today arrested two militant associates from Hajin area of Bandipora and recovered arms and ammunition from their possession.

“Police in Bandipora along with Army (13 RR) and CRPF (45 Bn) at a checkpoint established at Gandbal-Hajin Road, arrested two terrorist associates,” a police spokesman said in a statement here.
They have been identified as Naseer Ahmad Parray son of Bashir Ahmad Parray resident of Kathpura Hajin and Mudasir Ahmad Parray son of Mohammad Ramzan Parray resident of Gandbal Hajin. “During search, arms ammunition including two Chinese grenades, 18 live rounds of AK-47, one AK-47 magazine, one pistol, eight pistol rounds, one pistol magazine and two mobile phones,” he said.
The spokesman said that a case vide FIR number 20/2025 under relevant Sections of law have been registered in PS Hajin and investigation has been initiated
