JAMMU, Mar 6: Senior IAS officer of J&K-AGMUT cadre Dheeraj Gupta has been empanelled as Secretary in the Government of India.

Gupta is presently posted as ACS to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah.
A total of 37 officers have been empanelled as the secretary.
