Jitendra Singh arriving today on 2 days visit

JAMMU, June 6: Union Minister of State in Prime Minister’s Office, Dr Jitendra Singh is arriving on his maiden visit to Jammu after taking oath of Ministry on May 26 at New Delhi on two days visit to Jammu region tomorrow morning.
He will be received by Party leaders and activists at Jammu Airport where from he will be taken into a procession to BJP Headquarters Kacchi Chawni.
Dr Singh after being given tumultuous reception by partymen will also be felicitated at BJP Headquarters. He will address the Party leaders there and take stock of prevailing political situation in the State.
Dr Singh will be accompanied by BJP State president and MP from Jammu -Poonch Lok Sabha Constituency, Jugal Kishore Sharma.
Later, he will proceed to Udhampur where he will address a public -partymen meeting in the afternoon. Next day the Union Minister will visit Kathua and after holding a public-partymen meeting there, he will return to Union Capital in the afternoon to attend the Parliament during the Monday morning.
Meanwhile, Dr Singh has urged his partymen to have a close contact with the people in settling their problems. He said as his Constituency is one of the largest Constituencies of the country, best efforts will be made at his level for its overall development.
He said, he will remain in constant touch with the people of his Constituency even of the remotest areas and seek their views as what best possible steps could be taken for its overall development and welfare of the people.
He said the development of the State as a whole and welfare of its people will be his top priority.
