JAMMU, Mar 1: The prestigious Air Force Station (AFS) Nathatop now houses a dedicated permanent gallery showcasing the remarkable on-spot live paintings of renowned artist KK Gandhi.
This exclusive gallery, established within the Air Force Museum reflects Gandhi’s artistic excellence and deep connection with Indian Air Force (IAF).
In recognition of his outstanding contributions, KK Gandhi has been honoured by the Commanding Officer of AFS Nathatop with an Award of Appreciation. His paintings vividly capture the essence of valour, heritage and indomitable spirit of IAF adding immeasurable value to the Station’s legacy.
The gallery has been meticulously curated with Gandhi’s works, reflecting his artistic journey spanning over two decades.
An honour board inscribed with his achievements in the field of art further highlights his dedication and passion. His brushstrokes infused with life and emotion, highlight the strength, courage and resilience of IAF making the gallery a significant landmark at Nathatop.
