JAMMU, Feb 26: J&K National Trade Union Front (NTUF) has decided to hold one day general council meeting/ convention of the J&K employees and members of the Front in Jammu on April 12.
A day long session of the executive committee of All J&K National Trade Union Front was held here last evening under the leadership of state president, Mohd Gafoor Dar to review and reorganize the trade union activities in Jammu and Kashmir.
After lengthy discussion and debate, the council was of the opinion to gear up the activities of the Trade Union Front and reorganize the different departmental unions/ associations for the common cause of employees, workers, ASHAs, daily wagers and other temporary employees.
In this connection the Executive Council decided to hold one day general council convention on April 12, 2025.
While announcing the decision of the Executive Committee at a press conference here today Mohd Gafoor Dar, flanked by other members including Ghulam Rasool Geelani, Nazir Ahmed Molvi, Rajinder Singh, Raj Singh, Barkat Ali, Karan Singh and others appealed to the employees and workers of various departments to participate in the one day convention of the National Trade Union Front on April 12,
