JAMMU, Feb 25: A meeting of NC Block Khour was held at village Dhon Chack in Chhamb Assembly Segment of District Jammu Rural A.
Ragbhir Singh Manhas, District NC president Jammu Rural A while speaking in the meeting said that Omar Abdullah Government is committed for development and progress of border areas.
The meeting was organized by Mohinder Singh, Block president Khour and his team.
In the meeting, local leaders emphasized the need of giving priority to border youth in employment and for improving the living conditions of border areas.
Raghbir Singh said that problems raised in the meeting shall be put before the concerned quarters in the Government so that living conditions of border areas may improve.
He endorsed the demand of border areas for special employment package.
