JAMMU, Feb 24: The Public Works (Road & Building) Department has constituted a committee headed by Chief Engineer, DIQC Jammu, that will look into reasons for the premature deterioration of the road from Sandi to Radha Krishan Temple in Nagrota area of Jammu District.
