SAMBA, Feb 13: Seven dumpers were seized for illegal mining in Samba district today.
As per a police official, the vehicles were seized in different areas falling under the jurisdictions of Police Station Samba and Police Post Rakh Amb Talli.
The seizure was made by a police party under the supervision of SSP Samba Varinder Manhas.
Post seizure, the vehicles were handed over to the Geology and Mining Department Samba for further legal action, he said.
