Srinagar, Feb 7: SKIMS, Soura has ordered the adoption of Public Health Centre (PHC) Lal Bazar as the Urban Health Training Centre (UHTC).
An official order was issued in this regard following communication from the Health & Medical Education (H&ME) Department.
“In partial modification to Office Order No. SIMS 59 (P) of 2024, dated 24.06.2024 issued regarding the captioned subject, it is hereby ordered that PHC Lal Bazar shall be adopted as Urban Health Training Centre (UHTC),” the order stated.
As per the order, the Department of Community Medicine at SKIMS Soura will oversee its operations to ensure the smooth conduct of both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses in accordance with National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines.
