SAMBA, Jan 20: Police here today seized three vehicles including an excavator for illegal transportation/mining of construction material in the areas of Ghagwal and Samba.
Police teams headed by SHO Police Station Ghagwal and SHO Police Station Samba while on patrolling duty seized an excavator (JCB) and a dumper without registration numbers and a tractor trolley bearing registration number JK21F-1220 for illegal transportation of the construction material.
The seized vehicles were handed over by the Police to Geology & Mining Department, Samba for further action.
