UDHAMPUR, Jan 17: A motorcyclist and a pedestrian here today sustained critical injuries when the motorcycle skid off the road and fell down near Dak Bungalow in Ramnagar.
The injured motorcyclist was identified as Arun Kumar, son of Roshan Lal, resident of Ward number 9, Ramnagar and the pedestrian was identified as Vipan Kumar, son of Kunj Lal, resident of Chigla Blota, Ramnagar.
Eye witnesses informed that the motorcycle bearing registration number JK14K-1696 skidded off the road and hit a pedestrian after hitting a standing school bus bearing registration number JK14K-6411.
Locals shifted the injured persons to Sub District Hospital Ramnagar where doctors referred them to District Hospital Udhampur and Vipan Kumar, being critical, was further referred to GMC Jammu.
Police has registered a case in this regard and started investigation.
