JAMMU, Jan 15: A joint delegation from the Jammu and Kashmir Agriculture Technocrats Association (JKATA), led by Dr Surinder Radotra, met with Javid Ahmed Dar, the Minister for Agriculture and projected their demands.
The meeting focused on pressing issues that have been pending since 2017, including the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) for in-charge positions, regularization as JAEO with functional promotion / grade release, and the publication of the final seniority list for agriculture technocrats.
The Minister for Agriculture listened attentively to the delegation’s concerns and assured them that these issues would be addressed as soon as possible. This meeting marks a significant step towards resolving the long-standing concerns of agriculture technocrats in Jammu and Kashmir.
