JAMMU, Dec 23: AICC secretary co-incharge organization, Neeraj Kundan led a protest against Home Minister Amit Shah on his controversial remarks on Baba Saheb Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar today.

The protest was organised by president of Block Congress Committee Arnia Kailash Saini. The Congress activists were shouting slogans against BJP and Home Minister Amit Shah seeking his resignation. They said that Shah should tender apology from the nation.
While addressing the large gathering at Arnia, Neeraj Kundan said that the statement of Home Minister is very shameful and he should resign from his post on moral grounds. Kundan said that ideology of RSS and BJP is always against the SC/STs and OBCs and this statement shows their anti- Dalit mindset.
AICC secretary further said that this statement hurt the feelings of SC community across the country and we will not tolerate such attacks on the symbol of knowledge B R Ambedkar.
While raising strong protest, Neeraj also highlighted the local issue of farmers and local people. He raised the voice of farmers and also inflated electricity bills. He demand free electricity for farmers, BPL and lower middle-class families.
