REASI, Nov 25: District Police Reasi apprehended one absconder who was evading arrest for the last four years.
Police said that Sajad Zaheer, son of Abdul Rashid, resident of Thuroo , Reasi, was wanted in case FIR No. 106/2020 U/S 336/323/147/427 IPC of P/S Arnas and 74/2022 U/S 419/465/468/420/461/109 IPC of P/S Reasi.
Accused evaded investigations by going underground and was continuously changing his hideouts. A warrant of arrests under section 512 CrPC was issued against him by Court of CJM Reasi and JMIC Mahore.
Today on a specific information, team of Police Station Arnas, led by SHO Arnas and SDPO Arnas arrested the accused.
