JAMMU, Nov 18: JKPCC chief Tariq Hameed Karra today welcomed a prominent leader of Kalakote – Sunderbani Rajesh Jamwal into the party at PCC office Jammu.
JKPCC chief spokesperson Ravinder Sharma, former Minister Yogesh Sawhney and former MLC Ved Mahajan were also present on the occasion.
Rajesh Jamwal was accompanied by block presidents of the area and other prominent Congress leaders of the area included NC Sharma, Ajit Singh, Tirath Ram Sharma, Ranjit Singh, Dr Ved Parkash, Kasturi Lal Sharma, Patel Kumar, Nishi Kant, Capt Joginder Singh, Amit Sharma, Ashok Sharma, Tilak Raj, Suresh Damral and several others.
Jamwal is a prominent political leader and social worker of the area and had desired to join Congress Party. He assured the leadership to work for the strengthening the Congress Party in the area under the leadership of Ravinder Sharma and promote the secular and progressive ideology of the Congress party.
