JAMMU, Apr 17: Miran Sahib police today arrested a person along with 6 barrels of diesel from his possession.
As per police sources, on specific inputs, police team from Miran Sahib police station headed by SHO Deepak Pathania conducted a raid in Khour Deonian, Tehsil RS Pura and recovered 6 barrels of diesel from the possession of Ravel Singh, son of Khushal Singh of Khour Deonian.
The diesel was concealed by Ravel Singh in a shed near his house for black marketing with intention to earn illegitimate profit.
A case under FIR number 57/14 under Section 3/7 EC Act has been registered at police station Miran Sahib and further investigation into the case is going on.
