ANANTNAG, Apr 14: BJP candidate from Anantnag –Pulwama Parliamentary constituency, Mushtaq Ahmed Noorabadi said that his party has direct contest with People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in April 24 elections and not with NC which has already been rejected by the people.
Addressing election meetings at Pahalgam and Bijbehara, he said that people in Kashmir have strong resentment against the coalition for its anti people policies and they recall the six years rule of Atal Behari Vajpayee Government when sincere efforts were made to resolve the Kashmir issue by taking an initiative of bettering relations with Pakistan.
Mr Noorabadi said BJP is not an untouchable for people of Kashmir and they pin high hopes in the Party to settle the issue once for all.
Noorabadi also made an appeal to migrant voters to cast their vote in favour of BJP in April 24 elections and ensure his victory to strengthen hands of Narendra Modi.
