JAMMU, Apr 6: JKDF State president and candidate for Doda –Udhampur Parliamentary Constituency Anil Gupta today held series of public meetings in Barnote, Dambri, Kagrote, Kathad, Jandhrota, Shara, Jindrali, Sheetal Nagar, Bhoond, and Bani Assembly segment in Kathua District.
During the campaigning, Anil Gupta apprised the people about the party agenda and the roadmap it has drawn for the development of villages and hilly regions of this constituency.
While interacting with the people Anil Gupta said, “People have understood the politics of deceit and betrayal by the existing political groups which are only misguiding the masses. These parties have only helped to make this State number one in the field of corruption and exploited sentiments of people by their communal designs and politics of separatism.
JKDF is the only party which has been formed with the objective to counter these dubious groups, who for their vested interests are bent upon to harm the social, cultural and religious fabric of people of this State. We are for equal development of all the regions of State, Gupta added.
“If given the mandate JKDF shall raise these demands in Parliament of country. Besides various developmental issues plight of VDCs, SPOs and Ex-servicemen of Armed forces including Paramilitary forces are the issues which JKDF shall focus upon”.
We are receiving a overwhelming response of people wherever we go, as everybody acknowledge the works done by former Union Minister Prof Chaman Lal Gupta from this constituency, which he represented thrice. No other representative even remotely maintained the pace of development, community welfare schemes, employment avenues and providing secure environment as Prof Gupta did during his tenure.
“We are committed to make J&K a model State free of corruption, prosperous and one of the developed region in the country,” said Anil Gupta.
