JAMMU, Apr 29: The Government has delegated the Drawing and Disbursing powers in favour of SSP Cyber Crime Investigation Centre for Excellence (CICE), J&K, Jammu to operate upon the funds as have been/may be placed at his disposal by the competent authority.
