RAJOURI, Mar 5: BJP State President today addressed a large public gathering at Kalakot and held the NC-Congress coalition responsible for neglect and under development of the area. The meeting had been organized by District President, Dr. Ashok Sharma.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, while addressing the meeting, came down heavily on the State government, for its wrong policies. This coalition government was oblivious of the suffering of the common man especially in far off and backward areas like Kalakot.
God had been very kind to this region by having bestowed it with coal mines but the State Government has intentionally kept these minds closed. These coal mines could have changed the economic face of the entire region and made substantial dent in the unemployment but because of callous and insensitive attitude of the coalition government, the people are unable to benefit from the bounty that nature had kindly bestowed on the region. He also criticized the government for not adopting a humane approach to the suffering of the SPOs whose pay has not been increased with the increase in the cost of living nor are they confirmed even after the completion of seven years of service. He appealed the people to vote for BJP in the forthcoming elections and thereby ensure Narendra Modi ‘s election as Prime Minister of India which would usher in clean, efficient and responsible government at the Centre.

Referring to the various scams of the Congress led UPA, he said that all records have been breached in these scams the Congress. He added that it was a matter of national shame that the recent report released under the US Congress supervision in respect of the corruption in the various countries, India figured very prominently and was described as one of the leading nation in corruption.
