JAMMU, Jan 27: N. N. Vohra, Governor has felicitated Prof (Dr) Ved Kumari Ghai, Bansi Kaul and Tashi Tondup on being conferred with the prestigious Padma Shri Award for outstanding contributions in their respective arenas.
In his message, the Governor observed that the conferring of Padma Shri Award on Prof Ghai, Mr Kaul and Mr. Tondup would serve as a source of inspiration for others to achieve excellence in their chosen fields of endeavour.
