Sir,
It is said that ‘new brooms sweep clean’ or the proof of pudding is in eating thereof. Now that the AAP as taken the seat of the Government in Delhi, the electorate who elected them, though not expecting miracles from the new Govt. because ‘old customs die hard,’ yet the people expect that the new Govt will fulfil much of their aspirations related to eradication or corruption, respite from spiraling prices of day to day commodities and eatables, freedom of women folk from increasing harassment, rule of law, steps leading to prosperity of people in all respects, civic facilities and so many other ameniities and a permanent solution to increasing unemployment.
It is heartening to learn that the Govt has done away with the V.I.P. Culture. As we know, the ‘time is the best healer’, let us see whether the Govt will rise to the expectations of the people.
