Srinagar, Jan 9: The Director Estates, Sheikh Fayaz, has promoted 10 employees of the department whose promotion was withheld for several years and has assured that he will resolve the issues of the employees of the department in coming months.
Estates Department Employees Association (EEA) has welcomed the move of the Director and said that having served earlier as Deputy Director Estates, Sheikh has vast experience of running the department.
President EEA, Ghulam Nabi War, hailed the new director for addressing the pending issues of some employees of the department as soon as he took over the charge.
“The director has promised us that he will address the pending issues of all the employees soon. We assure him full support in the smooth running of the department”, said War.
“Our new director has a lot of experience and knowhow of the department since he had served the department earlier too. He will resolve all our pending issues and we promise him our support in running the department,” War said.
