Srinagar, Jan 9: A man was killed and his brother injured when their vehicle skidded of the road in Nigeen lake in Srinagar outskirts.
A police spokesman said a Santro car driven by Abdul Gani Joo, resident of Syed Rehman Lam, Brain, lost his control over the car and fell in Nigeen lake at Chowdray Bagh.
The spokesman said Gani’s father, Ghulam Mohammad Joo died on the spot while his brother, Ghulam Ahmad Joo was injured and has been shifted to a hospital.
