AKDUF lists demands

JAMMU, Jan 9: All Kashmiri Displaced United Front (AKDUF) in its meeting here, today discussed the problems of the community.
As per a release, the meeting was presided over by P L Raina its president while it was convened by Veer Jee Kher.
The meeting in an appeal urged the Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner to find solutions of the problems already discussed with him.
It expressed concern over the non disbarment of cash assistance till date with the result the relief holders have been put to hardships and demanded immediate construction of shopping complexes at all TRTs.
The meeting demanded compensation to over-aged youth, passage of Shrines Bill in the coming session of Legislature, considering the case for employment of 220 youth and removal of hurdles in employment package.
The meeting also demanded minority status for the community. Nath Ji Bhat, B N Bali, Hari Krishan Pandita, A K Raina, Laximan Ji, R K Dhar, A K Dhar, Ramesh Bharti and others attended the meeting.
