Common man suffering due to wrong policies of BJP: Balwan

JAMMU, Sept 18: In a Congress meeting at Paloura, senior Congress leader and former MLA, Thakur Balwan Singh asked the people to reject BJP for its failure on various fronts especially for anti-youth and anti-poor policies.
Addressing the gathering at Ward number 59 in Paloura today, Balwan said that BJP was depriving the people of J&K their democracy for more than five years.
He said that common man is suffering on all fronts especially due to wrong economic and other anti-Jammu policies of BJP.
The Congress leader also talked about huge taxes, smart meters, toll plaza, Property Tax etc.
He said that people feel cheated and want to bring a change to teach a lesson to BJP.
“People see Congress as the only viable alternative to BJP in Jammu region and Congress will emerge as a strong force to form a Government in J&K,” Singh maintained.
Welcoming Kuldeep Kumar, a prominent political and social activist into Congress, Balwan said that large number of leaders and workers from other parties have joined Congress to make it stronger.
The meeting was organized by Congress leader Santosh Manhas and Hoshiar Singh along with others were also present there.
