SRINAGAR, Jan 2: The Health & Medical Education (H&ME) Department today assigned the charge for the post of Principal at the newly established Government Medical College, Kathua, Udhampur and Handwara.
The charge is going to be temporary, while those who have been designated for holding the post, will carry out the duties in addition to their duties and their pay and grade with immediate effect, till regular appointments are made.
Dr Surinder Kumar Atri, Department of Pathology, GMC Kathua has been designated as Principal, GMC, Kathua; Dr Mrityunjay, Department of Physiology, GMC Jammu will take charge of Principal GMC, Udhampur and Dr Iffat Hassan Shah, Department of Dermatology, GMC Srinagar will take the charge of Principal GMC, Handwara.
