POONCH/ RAJOURI, Nov 28:An absconder wanted in a case registered in police station Mendhar of District Poonch has been arrested by police lead by SHO Mendhar Inspector Niaz Ahmed
Absconder namely Mohd ishaq son of Ajwar Hussain resident of Saroohti ,Mendhar has been nabbed.
The accused was wanted in case FIR No. 14/2016 under relevant sections of law and was absconding since 2016 whereas a general warrant of arrest U/S 512 CrPC was issued against him by honourable court JMIC , Mendhàr.
The accused has been produced in the court of law for further course of action.
Meanwhile, Police station Rajouri arrested absconder who is wanted in case and absconding since long.
Police said that an absconder Mumtaz Ahmed S/o Lal hussain R/o Mendhar who was evading arrest in case FIR No.219/2015 U/S 188 RPC 3 PCA Act has been arrested from mendhar.
Accused shall now be produced before court for further course of action.
The arrest was made by police teams led by SHO Rajouri Fareed Ahmed under the supervision DySP Chanchal Singh.
