The RSS leader, who is also convener of Bharat Tibet Sahyog Manch, said “Why did not the leaders of these parties condemned the killings of innocent people in Kashmir when they were in power and took drastic steps to quell the militants violence’’? Lambasting the opposition parties, he said those who are responsible for present mess and problem have no moral right to talk.
The RSS leader, while maintaining that present Government is committed and resolved to restore peace and normalcy in Kashmir and rehabilitation of displaced people there, said it is high time for majority community of Kashmir to come forward and join hands with Government in rehabilitation of Pandits.
“Kashmir belongs to every Indian and there will be no compromise on its single inch of land including PoJK which too is part of India and nation has made a commitment in the joint Parliamentary resolution of 1994 in retrieving PoJK which is under illegal occupation of Pakistan’’, Indresh Kumar said, adding the crisis in Kashmir will end the day the PoJK is integrated with India.
Suspecting Pakistan’s hand in killing of Sena leader in Punjab, the RSS leader said that Pakistan is not only indulging in violence in some parts of India but also committing atrocities on minorities in its own country including some sections of Muslims like Shias and Ahmadias.
He said India has raised a voice for security to minorities and it brought Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) to give refuge and citizenship to those minorities who are facing atrocities in Pakistan and other neighboring countries but unfortunately some minorities within the country opposed it despite the fact that the law was based on humanity and justice.
He said “Pakistan is known for committing atrocities on minorities and I appeal all to be above their religious and regional considerations and support Government to defeat the evil designs of Pakistan’’.
He said the sacrifices of people will not go waste and like the designs of enemy were defeated in past, their designs of selective and targeted killings will also be defeated with full might this time. He said since partition Pakistan indulged in creating disturbances in India and India is incomplete till Nankana Sahab and Sharda shrine is reintegrated with our country.
The RSS leader said that Government of India has restored the rights of people of J&K which were snatched due to controversial Articles 370 and 35 A. He made it clear that displaced people will be resettled in Kashmir as the land belongs to them and entire nation is committed to it.
Hitting out at China, he said Kailash Mansarovar also belong to India and are under illegal occupation of China and country is resolved to make it again the part of India. He said China is facing worst ever crisis at present as the neighboring country tried to dominate entire world but its policy boomeranged and country is now facing worst ever economic crisis.
Indresh Kumar said after capturing Tibet, China tried to capture Indian Himalaya. Holding it responsible for COVID virus, he said 80 lakh people lost lives all across the world due to this dreaded virus. However, India became savior of humanity and it manufactured the anti-COVID vaccine to keep the virus at bay.
He said the Indian vaccine proved deterrent and 73 countries all over the world acknowledged it. “Had India not taken the lead in manufacturing the vaccine the death toll all over the globe would have been in crores”, he added.
Accusing China of indulging in expansionist policy to capture parts of other countries, he said India has foiled its designs and it is posing a great challenge to China now. He said China’s policy of expansion will not work as India will thwart its designs. “We stopped China in Galwan and Doklam. It was thrown out of economic market and the country has been exposed for human rights violation, he added.
Indresh Kumar said in the morning he also met Lt Governor, Manoj Sinha and discussed prevailing situation in J&K with him.
Senior leader, Abhay Pargal was also present in the press conference.
