JAMMU, Sept 20: Three persons were injured when they clashed with each other over a minor issue in Karwanda area falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Gharota.
According to police sources, the injured were identified as Zakar Hussain (18) and Fareed Ali (26), both sons of Saphiya Ali and resident of Karwanda (Kot Bhalwal), and Sudham Hussain (23) son of Zaffar Din, resident of Lower Karwanda. The clash, reportedly, occurred over trespassing of cattle of one party into the field of other and damaging standing crop.
“The injured persons were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, for medical treatment while Gharota Police had taken cognizance of the matter,” sources added.
